Don't worry too much about the ingredients, they will be collected as you clear the jelly, they have to drop through portals to the exits when the way is cleared. Candy Crush Saga Level 140: Hints and Tips

Your best bet is the colorbomb + stripe combo, as it will continually wreck candy, as well as bring down more. The trick to this level is to make the candy fall into a combo, as breaking them normally will not be enough to get through the level. The stripe + wrap is another nice combo to get you out of "no more moves" bust. The level also has tons of opportunities where you can create a wide variety of combos.
